A recorded telephone
conversation allegedly between the Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, and
some officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) reveals
the governor trying to rig the just concluded legislative rerun in the state.
In the recorded tape, Wike could be heard threatening to collect his money back
from an INEC official and further threatening to kill him.
